Digital Capital Finance is a trade name of Digital Empire LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Texas with its principal place of business in West Jordan, Utah. Nature of our services

Digital Capital Finance provides independent, fee-only financial consulting and education. We help individuals and business owners organize their finances, think through decisions, and build written plans. We are compensated solely by the fees our clients pay us. We do not sell securities, insurance, or other financial products, and we do not receive commissions, referral fees, or other third-party compensation for the guidance we provide.

What we are, and what we are not

Our services are consulting and educational in nature. We do not manage client accounts, take custody of client funds or assets, exercise trading discretion, or provide personalized recommendations to buy or sell specific securities. We are not a broker-dealer, and this website is not an offer of, or solicitation for, any security or investment product. Clients who want discretionary investment management, brokerage, custody, or securities transactions should engage a firm that is registered and licensed for those specific activities.

Fees

Our consulting engagements are offered on transparent monthly plans, currently ranging from $2,000 to $6,000 per month depending on scope and complexity. The specific fee for your engagement is set out in your written agreement. There are no commissions and no hidden charges, and you may cancel an ongoing plan in accordance with the terms of your agreement.

Conflicts of interest

Because we are fee-only and sell no products, our compensation does not depend on any transaction, product, or third party. We believe this structure keeps our guidance aligned with your interests. Any material conflict of interest that may arise in a specific engagement will be disclosed to you in writing.

No guarantee of results

All investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.
